Essential upgrade item if you are running the old style 'fixed' differential! 

Complete differential kit for the Joyner 650cc road legal and off road USA Sandspider - this really is a must have product if you have the old style 'fixed diff' in your buggy.

Not only is the drive far FAR smoother but the differential is much kinder on rear drive wear.

This Differential Kit includes the following parts:

  • Differential Planet Gear x 2 - 2303017
  • Half Axle of Differential x 2 - 2303015
  • Planet Gear Shaft x 1 - 2303019
  • Needle Bearing D5 x 25.8 x 1 - GB309-84
  • Planet Gear Washer x 2 - 2303018
  • Half Axle Adjusting Washer x 2 - 2303013
  • Differential Case x 1 - 2303011
  • Differential Seal Ring Assembly x 2 - 1701090
  • Thrust Ring of Differential x 2 - 1701014
  • Steel Cable Baffle Ring x 2 - 2303016

 

This differential kit will fit all Joyner 650cc buggies (including USA Sandspider) from 2005 - 2012
 
This differential will not fit the new models of Joyner 600i and 800i from 2012 onwards.

After shearing both sides of the fixed diff output shaft, hours of research led me to this kit. Took a weekend to pull the tranny put this kit in and reinstall and my 2006 Joyner Sand Spider is better than ever. It no longer pushes through turns and the 4 speed trans even seems to shift better.
